1. Geographic Scope:

• This shipping policy applies exclusively to orders placed for delivery within the United States of America (including all 50 states, Washington D.C.). We do not currently offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Carrier:

• All orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS).
• We utilize USPS standard shipping services which will be based on the shipping address and weight of your order.

3. Standard Shipping Rates (Orders of One Rod):

• For orders containing a single rod, standard USPS shipping rates will apply.
• The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the weight and size of your order. You will be able to view the full cost prior to completing your purchase.

4. Free Shipping on Orders of Two or More Rods:

• Keeper Rods is pleased to offer free standard USPS shipping on any order containing two (2) or more fishing rods.
• This free shipping offer is automatically applied at checkout when the qualifying criteria is met (2 or more rods in your cart).

5. Order Processing and Delivery Times:

• Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information from USPS.
• Delivery times vary depending on your location within the US and USPS transit times, but standard delivery is typically within 3-7 business days after shipment.
• Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by Keeper Rods. Factors such as weather conditions or carrier delays can impact delivery schedules.

6. Packaging:

• Keeper Rods takes care to ensure that all fishing rods are securely packaged for safe transit. We use appropriate packaging materials to minimize the risk of damage during shipping.

7. Order Tracking:

• Once your order ships, you will receive an email from Keeper Rods with a USPS tracking number. You can use this number on the USPS website to check the progress of your shipment.

8. Shipping Address Accuracy:

• It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address when placing an order.
• Keeper Rods is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to reship the order.
