Shipping Policy

Applicability: This shipping policy applies to all orders placed for delivery within the United States of America.

Shipping Carrier: Keeper Rods utilizes the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all standard shipping.

Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Shipping: For orders of one (1) fishing rod, standard USPS shipping rates apply. These rates will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address, package dimensions, and weight.

  • Free Shipping: Keeper Rods offers free standard USPS shipping for orders of two (2) or more fishing rods.

Order Processing Time: Orders will typically be processed within 1-2 business days of receipt, excluding holidays and weekends.

Shipping Time: Delivery time will vary based on your location and USPS delivery schedule. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery after the order has been processed.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a USPS tracking number. This will allow you to track your package's progress.

Shipping Restrictions: At this time, Keeper Rods only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally.

Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. Keeper Rods is not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Changes to Shipping Policy: Keeper Rods reserves the right to modify this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.

Warranty Policy

The Keeper Rods Promise: Performance You Can Trust

At Keeper Rods, we are committed to producing high-quality fishing rods that are built to last. Our rods are handcrafted and rigorously tested to ensure reliable performance. Your peace of mind is our priority. That’s why we stand behind our rods with a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Limited Lifetime Warranty Coverage:
Keeper Rods warrants to the original purchaser that your fishing rod is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, subject to the following conditions:

  • Year One (1) Coverage: If you experience a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship within the first year from the original date of purchase, Keeper Rods will, at its discretion, repair or replace your rod free of charge. Proof of purchase is required.

  • Pro-Rated Program (Beyond Year One): After the first year, should your rod experience a defect covered by this limited warranty, Keeper Rods will offer repair or replacement options at a pro-rated cost. The cost will be determined based on the rod's original purchase date and the defect observed. We will provide a quote before proceeding with any repair or replacement.

Warranty Exclusions:
This Limited Lifetime Warranty does NOT cover damage resulting from:

  • Accidents (including drops, impacts, or other physical damage).

  • Misuse (failure to use the rod for its intended purpose or in a manner not recommended by Keeper Rods).

  • Neglect (including lack of proper care and maintenance).

  • Theft.

  • Intentional abuse or modification of the rod.

  • Acts of nature (including, but not limited to, floods, storms, or other natural disasters).

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

  1. Contact Us: If you believe your Keeper Rod has a defect covered by this warranty, please contact us via email at john@keeper-rods.com. Please include the following information:

    • Your name, address, and contact phone number.

    • Proof of purchase (copy of receipt, order confirmation, etc.).

    • A clear description of the issue/defect.

    • Photos of the issue/defect, if possible.

    • Model of the Rod

  2. Evaluation: Our team will evaluate your claim and determine if it is covered by the warranty.

  3. Repair or Replacement: If your claim is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning your rod (if necessary) for repair or replacement.

  4. Warranty Approval: The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the rod. The warranty will be void if the original purchaser transfers the rod to another party.

  5. Pro-Rated Cost (If Applicable): If your warranty claim is processed using the pro-rated program, we will send you an estimate for the cost of the repair or replacement.
